4.30pm - Songs of Praise & Worship (mostly christian, though we do add in beautiful songs of praise from other faiths).
4.45 pm - Moving into contemplation. Practical activities that heighten your experience with your God.
5.00 pm - A Story of Appreciation & Life - Tools, strategies that inspire and support your daily connection with God
5.20 pm - Flooding with Gratitude!
5.30pm - Meditation & Connecting to your God
5.45pm - Prayer & The Oneness Blessing
6.00pm - Give Thanks!
